ABOUT ME

My name is Charles. I am currently pursuing my English education degree in year 4. I can speak 5 different languages, namely my mother tongue Cantonese, my L2 English and Mandarin, my FL Japanese and French. I have been learning Japanese and French for near 2 years respectively. I am not very fluent in using my FL, but I consider myself situating in the lower-middle level. While I have already obtained my N4 for my Japanese proficiency test, I am planning to sit in DELF to assess my French proficiency in the next year. Using, studying and practising multiple languages might consume a lot of time and cognitive energy, though I have my own ways to manage the learning process. Despite unlike a native speaker, my Japanese and French are enough for me for travelling so far. Meanwhile, using English is never a problem of mine because, apart from offline settings, I am able to expose myself to an online English learning environment.
